Dominated by white wine varieties the region produces excellent Grüner Veltliners, focused on the pure fruit in winemaking.

Gentle harvesting methods, transport of the grapes in grape boxes, whole cluster pressing and temperate controlled fermentation in steel tanks are the prerequisites for a lot of cool fruit and great drinking pleasure.

When it comes to our red wines we like to use wooden casks. After 1st and 2nd fermentation the wine is stored either in large wooden barrels or is allowed to mature in oak barrels for up to 18 months.
